Training programs

Three programs.
One way to fly well.

Whether you're earning your wings, sharpening into the clouds, or stepping into the right seat yourself — Nathan tailors every hour of instruction to where you're going.

01 / Foundation

Private Pilot License

Your first set of wings.

The PPL is where every pilot's story begins — and how it begins matters. From your first taxi to your final checkride, you'll build the habits that separate a casual flyer from a confident aviator: precise control, smart decisions, and a calm voice on the radio.

Lessons are paced to you, not a syllabus. We move on when you're ready, dig in when you're not, and treat every flight as an opportunity to make the next one cleaner.

  • Pre-solo through cross-country
  • Maneuvers, navigation, ATC comms
  • Stage checks & checkride prep
  • Personalized study plan
02 / Precision

Instrument Rating

Fly through anything.

The Instrument Rating is the most rewarding training a pilot ever does — and the most demanding. You'll learn to fly purely by instrument scan, navigate the IFR system, and command the airplane with the same calm whether you can see the ground or not.

We focus on real-world IFR: the kind that gets you home when ceilings drop and weather turns. By the end, you won't just hold the rating — you'll trust it.

  • Instrument flight fundamentals
  • Approaches: ILS, RNAV, VOR, holds
  • IFR cross-countries
  • Risk management & weather
03 / Career

Certified Flight Instructor

Become the one who teaches.

Earning your CFI is the moment you stop learning to fly and start learning to think about flying — deeply, deliberately, and out loud. It's the rating that sharpens every other one you have.

As a working CFII himself, Nathan trains the way the job is actually done: how to teach a power-off 180 to a nervous student, how to chair-fly an approach until it's second nature, how to run a ground school people remember. You'll leave ready to instruct on day one.

  • CFI initial & CFII add-on
  • Lesson plan development
  • FOI & teaching from the right seat
  • Mock checkrides & oral prep
Phoenix Valley

Some of the best flying weather in the country.

Wide skies, smooth air, and over 300 flyable days a year. The Valley is one of the country's most productive places to train — and Nathan knows it like a second hometown. From quiet uncontrolled fields to busy Class B traffic, you'll log experience that actually means something.

Ready when you are

Pick the program. Pick the pace.

Every journey starts with the same first step — a short conversation about where you're trying to go.
